Lloyd Sessions Educational Merit Award
Past Recipients
Established in 1973 to emphasize the word "educational" and the importance of developing junior tennis in Texas, the nominee for this award should exhibit outstanding abilities at a professional level in building stronger junior tennis at all levels of skill. To qualify, an individual must be a resident of Texas and be actively involved in working with junior players, but not exclusively. He/She may be a teacher on the staff of an educational institution, a staff member of a city recreation department, a teaching pro or in some comparable employment.
