Online membership is available 24 hours a day. Once you complete the form, you'll receive an immediate confirmation. That way you're ready to use your USTA membership number immediately after you've completed the online renewal form.

RENEW BY PHONE
If you can't use our online application, members can call the USTA's automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 1-800-990-USTA (8782). It should take only 4 to 6 minutes to renew a membership.
Once membership and payment have been confirmed, the renewing member can expect to receive a USTA membership card within two weeks.
To use the IVR system, callers must:
• Have a TouchTone telephone
• Have their USTA membership number available
• Be ready to pay their membership fee by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX)
The IVR system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, if you are renewing a membership that involves an address change assistance, conversion between an Individual and Family category type, or customer service, the call should be placed between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday.
NOTE: During our peak membership processing period (March to May), heavy call volume on all of our phone lines may result in the caller getting a busy signal. Should that happen, it is suggested that the caller try to renew the membership after 5:00 P.M. (EST) on weekdays or on the weekend.
RENEW BY MAIL
If a USTA member has received a renewal invoice and prefers to send in the renewal payment by mail, the processing time will be approximately 2 to 3 weeks from when the USTA receives the application. Send to:
