The Houston Tennis Association is accepting applications for several college scholarships to be granted to graduating seniors in the greater Houston area. The scholarships, which range from $1,000 to $2,000, will be awarded to high school students who have participated in high school varsity tennis and/or USTA Texas tournaments. HTA boosts education at Magnolia Junior Tennis Carnival

The Houston Tennis Association will participate in and co-sponsor the Magnolia ISD Junior Tennis Carnival Saturday, May 12. Proceeds benefit the Magnolia ISD Education Foundation. Activities, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., include organized group drills, a clock-your-serve court, QuickStart courts for beginners, challenge courts and prize courts.
