Our dedicated staff is ready to help grow Adaptive and Wheelchair tennis in Texas. For more information on wheelchair tennis events, opportunities and how you can get involved with wheelchair tennis, please contact: Taylor Helfeldt at USTA Texas. For more information about adaptive tennis contact Cindy Benzon at USTA Texas.
The United States Tennis Association assumed responsibility of wheelchair tennis from the National Foundation for Wheelchair Tennis in 1998. Since then, the USTA has served a unique role as the National Governing Body for both Olympic and Paralympic tennis.
Texas is home to many opportunities for wheelchair tennis players and those interested in being involved with the sport. The USTA Texas Run / Roll Series provides an opportunity for consistent participants to earn points towards becoming the Series Champion at the end of the year.
